All Fewer Finer Signature Collection pieces are handcrafted by our master jewelers in New York City’s Diamond District. Due to the nature of our handmade and customizable process, we do not stock every size or metal option in our studio. Instead, pieces are crafted as "Made to Order” if we don’t have it on hand.

To check if a piece will be made to order, select your size and other preference options (if applicable) above, and the availability will indicate if your piece is “Ready to Ship” or “Made to Order.” Made to order pieces are started as soon as the order is received. They are made just for you within a 4-8 week production timeline. As they say, fine things take time, and we promise it will be worth the wait.

If the item is described as "Made to Order," please expect a production time of 4-6 weeks as the piece is being made just for you. For items labeled as "Ready to Ship," please allow 1-3 business days for fulfillment, in addition to shipping time. Domestic shipments to the Continental United States are sent complementary by Fewer Finer and will arrive within 2-5 business days once fulfilled. Kindly note that we ship all packages with Signature Required.

2nd Day and Next Day shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost. International shipping is available for a $75 flat fee. The customer is responsible for all associated duties and taxes associated with an international order.  

If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your package for a refund, credit, or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Discounted, engraved, customized, limited edition, and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return, email us at info@fewerfiner.com, and we will provide a prepaid return label. Approval via email is mandatory for returns to be accepted. Kindly note that return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund:

• $50 for orders under $2,000
• $100 for orders between $2,000 and $10,000
• $250 for orders over $10,000
