Made to Order Process
All Fewer Finer Signature Collection pieces are handcrafted by our master jewelers in New York City’s Diamond District. Due to the nature of our handmade and customizable process, we do not stock every size or metal option in our studio. Instead, pieces are crafted as "Made to Order” if we don’t have it on hand.
Made to order pieces are started as soon as the order is received. They are made just for you within the production timeline of 8–10 weeks + shipping. As they say, fine things take time, and we promise it will be worth the wait.
Shipping
Please allow 1-3 business days for fulfillment, in addition to shipping time.
This piece is made to order just for you, so please allow additional production time before it ships.
Hand engraving is completed to order by our engravers in New York.
Domestic shipments to the Continental United States are sent complementary by Fewer Finer and will arrive within 2-5 business days once fulfilled. Kindly note that we ship all packages with Signature Required.
2nd Day and Next Day shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost. International shipping is available for a $75 flat fee. The customer is responsible for all associated duties and taxes associated with an international order.
Returns & Exchanges
If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your package for a refund, credit, or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Discounted, engraved, customized, limited edition, and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete our returns & exchanges form and we will provide a prepaid return label. Approval via email is mandatory for returns to be accepted. Kindly note that return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund:
- $50 for orders under $2,000
- $100 for orders between $2,000 and $10,000
- $250 for orders over $10,000
